Buffalo Bills defensive end Michael Hoecht has been a fantastic addition to the defense. He may be a new subtraction to the active roster.
Hoecht hobbled off the field unable with a non-contact injury in the fourth quarter against the Kansas City Chiefs on Sunday. He was unable to put pressure on his right leg.
Hoecht was ruled out of for the game with an Achilles injury shortly after.
Hoecht, a free agent signing in the offseason, was suspended for the first six games of the season . Buffalo has looked like a different defense upon his debut .
He has five tackles, two sacks and a forced fumble in two games. Hoecht's versatility and disruption has enabled to Bills to make up for injuries to their linebackers and defensive tackles.
