Marcus Rashford has reminded Manchester United what they're missing out on – again. The 28-year-old forward, who joined Barcelona on loan in the summer , fired the Spanish champions to a 3-1 win over Elche at the Estadi Olímpic Lluís Companys on Sunday night.

Lamine Yamal broke the deadlock inside the opening minutes, curling the ball into the top left-hand corner from close range. Ferran Torres doubled Barcelona's lead a few moments later, latching onto a cross from Fermin Lopez.

Rafa Mir pulled one back for the visitors shortly before the break, but Rashford put the third and final nail in the Elche coffin in the second half. Rather than cutting onto his right foot, the United loanee darted towards the by-line and unleashed a ferocious strike on his left.
