The Buffalo Bills and Kansas City Chiefs squared off in a heated rivalry game on Sunday in Buffalo, and it didn't disappoint as the Bills squeaked out a 28-21 victory.

The win came with some bad news for the Bills, though.

During the matchup, defensive end Michael Hoecht left the matchup after suffering a brutal non-contact lower-body injury. After medical assessment, the Bills took to X to announce that Hoecht suffered an Achilles injury, which some feared would be season-ending.
