OWENSBORO, Ky. (WFIE) - The City of Owensboro is declaring a “War on Potholes”.

From November 3–14, the streets department is asking the community to report potholes throughout the city.

According to officials, crews will then patch potholes November 17–28, and any potholes on state or county roads will be shared with the proper officials.
