The night went from bad to drastically worse for the Washington Commanders .
Down 38-7 to the Seattle Seahawks on Sunday Night Football midway through the fourth quarter, star quarterback Jayden Daniels tried to extend a play. However, his left arm snapped the other way while being tackled.
An official diagnosis is not yet known, but he did undergo an X-ray after heading to the locker room.
His teammates and Seahawks players immediately kneeled down and got emotional as Daniels laid on the floor.
He eventually walked off on his own with a cast on the arm and an ovation from the home crowd. Marcus Mariota came on to replace Daniels.
Daniels came back to the fold after missing last week against the Kansas City Chiefs , but has had injury issues throughout his sophomore season.
