A semi-truck driver who is accused of causing a deadly crash involving eight vehicles in Ontario is no longer facing DUI charges, the San Bernardino County District Attorney's Office announced Friday.

The driver, 21-year-old Jashanpreet Singh of Yuba City, was arrested and booked on Oct. 21 at the West Valley Detention Center on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs and vehicular manslaughter. Following toxicology reports, officials say none of the substances tested in Singh's blood tested positive.
