A woman from Chamba has levelled serious allegations against Himachal Pradesh BJP MLA Hans Raj, alleging harassment and threats to her family. The legislator, however, has rejected all claims, calling the woman’s claims an apparent effort to spark “communal tension".

A purported video in which the woman reiterates her allegations has circulated widely on social media. She had previously lodged an FIR against the MLA last year, accusing him of sending indecent messages and asking her for nude pictures, news agency PTI reported.

In the latest video, the woman recounts being targeted by individuals who allegedly attempted to malign her image by saying that she took money to make the allegations against Churah MLA Hans Raj. She also said that she was pressured to withdraw her complaint. Wh
