CINCINNATI (WXIX) - Ohio congressional candidate Rosemary Oglesby-Henry is speaking out after a Cincinnati City Councilman’s weekend arrest on felony charges of breaking into her home.

“I shudder to think what could have occurred had I been there,” she said as part of a lengthy statement sent out by her campaign late Sunday.

Kevin Farmer, 39, faces one count each of burglary and violating a protection order.

Court documents say there is video evidence of Farmer breaking into the home.

Farmer is being held on $60,000 bond at the Hamilton County Justice Center.

If released, he will be under a court order to wear an ankle monitor.
