COLERAIN TOWNSHIP, Ohio (WXIX) - A driver faces multiple charges after driving more than three times the legal limit and nearly hitting a police vehicle and officer, court records show.

Colerain Township police allege Alexander Duffy’s blood alcohol level was 0.296 when it happened Saturday, according to his criminal complaint.

They accuse him of ignoring orders to stop and driving around emergency vehicles blocking Creekview Drive, where he lives, court records show.

His vehicle nearly struck an occupied and marked police vehicle with its emergency lights activated and a police officer, according to the criminal complaint.
