The Pimpri-Chinchwad Police have taken strict action against a restaurant in Hinjawadi for illegally serving alcohol on the dry day observed across Maharashtra. A case has been registered against four individuals, including the restaurant owner, manager, and landowners.

Police Constable lodged a complaint at the , leading to the registration of an FIR against — the owner of , , and the landowners , who are brothers.

According to police sources, the restaurant, located in the , was found serving liquor to customers despite the statewide alcohol ban for Kartiki Ekadashi. During the police raid, it was discovered that the establishment had sold alcoholic beverages worth throughout the day.
