Authorities are investigating a Monroe County shooting last weekend that left two men wounded.
Monroe County Sheriff's deputies were called at about 8:30 a.m. Sunday to a home in the 3000 block of West Albain Road near Keegan Road in Monroe Township for a report of a shooting, according to officials.
Deputies arrived and found one victim with a non-life-threatening gunshot wound, but the suspect had fled the scene, sheriff's officials said.
Police arrested the 52-year-old suspect shortly after the shooting and found him with a non-life-threatening gunshot wound as well, investigators said.
He was taken to a hospital before being lodged at the Monroe County Jail to await charges.
Detectives said the suspect and victim are roommates. The shooting remains under investigation.
