The Celebrity Traitors cast’s chat is the rare WhatsApp group we’d actually love to receive a million notifications from come Thursday night, but there’s one person who’s noticeably absent from it.

Kate Garraway recently teased that the cast’s “WhatsApp group is popping off all day and night” while the show is on the air, adding that it’s “brilliant” in an interview with The Sun .

However, host Claudia Winkleman won’t be getting the live play-by-play reactions as the celebrities see iconic scenes like Celia Imrie’s fart and Alan Carr’s so-unconvincing-it’s-convincing “Traitor” behaviour play out to the public.

“We invited Claudia to join the group because we all adore Claudia, obviously,” Kate explained. “But she said no.”
