HONOLULU (Island News) -- Higher rain chances will appear late weekend as a new disturbance approaches.
Tonight for Halloween, there will be cloudy skies with lows in the middle 70s. Isolated trade wind showers are also expected.
On Saturday, there will be a few trade wind showers in the morning. Some hit or miss rain is possible for Kauai and the Big Island in the afternoon. Highs will be in the middle 80s. Northeast winds will be at 10 to 15 mph.
A storm system develops west of the islands Sunday bringing clouds and possible rains through Monday. Some heavier rais will be possible for Kauai.
The Central Pacific remains quiet with no tropical development expected.
A large northwest swell builds to advisory levels on Saturday. High Surf Advisories will go in effect for north and west
