Gmail users urged to 'reset password' immediately after 180 million leaked online View 2 Images

A fresh warning has been issued to all Gmail users and it could be the perfect moment to review and strengthen account security. Google has just issued guidance following reports that millions of passwords were compromised in a huge data breach.

Whilst it has been confirmed that this was not a direct attack on Gmail, it doesn't mean anyone should be any less wary. In fact, Google states that Gmail users worried about their accounts should consider enabling "2-step verification" and think about "resetting passwords" immediately.
