WARREN A second person has been charged with animal cruelty following the rescue of two malnourished dogs in Warren, according to court records filed Monday.

The initial charges in this case were filed against 44-year-old Nathaniel Adams late last week, also for two counts of animal cruelty. Authorities have issued a warrant for Adams' arrest.

Court records list both Adams and Williams as living at the same address.
