OpenAI has signed a $38 billion deal with Amazon to run its AI systems on Amazon Web Services (AWS), gaining access to hundreds of thousands of Nvidia AI chips. The move comes days after OpenAI ended Microsoft’s exclusivity as its cloud provider.
