The Kansas City Chiefs entered Week 9 of the NFL season looking like the team to beat in the AFC and possibly the entire league. But after Sunday's game against the Buffalo Bills , a little bit of wind has been taken out of their sails.
They fell behind 28-13 by the end of the third quarter against Buffalo, and while they attempted a comeback, it fell short as they lost 28-21 to Josh Allen and crew.
Allen had himself quite a day by completing 23 of 26 pass attempts and finishing with 273 passing yards, one passing touchdown and two rushing touchdowns. But the surprise was the play of Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes , who was uncharacteristically bad.
