Several well known consumer brands will now be under one roof as Kimberly-Clark is buying Kenvue.

The purchase combines Kimberly-Clark’s Cottonelle and Scott toilet paper, Huggies and Kleenex tissues with Kenvue’s Listerine mouthwash, Band-Aid, Neutrogena, Aveeno, Benadryl, and Zyrtec.
By the numbers:
The cash and stock deal is worth about $48.7 billion and creates a massive consumer health goods company expecting to generate about $32 billion in annual revenue.
Shareholders of Kimberly-Clark will own about 54% of the combined company.
