Reba McEntire and Rex Linn have hearts of fighters.

But the Happy’s Place stars, who announced their engagement in September , are far from just surviving their era as fiancés and recently teased what is in store for their upcoming nuptials.

"It’ll be a lot of fun,” Reba, 70, gushed to E! News’ Will Marfuggi in an exclusive interview. “It’s gonna be a nontraditional wedding because that’s Rex and me. We like comfort, we love friends, we love food.”

Meanwhile, Rex admitted that the couple aren’t pushing themselves to hammer out every little detail, especially considering Happy’s Place —which they star in alongside Belissa Escobedo , Melissa Peterman , Tokola Black Elk and more—is about to return for season two Nov. 7.
