LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) - A Lexington woman has been indicted on murder charges in connection with an August shooting that left one man dead.

A grand jury indicted Keaira Pennie in the death of Edwin Haddix.

The indictment says she shot Haddix on Bryan Station Road in August. Haddix died at the hospital.

Police say the two were dating.

Pennie’s arraignment is set for Thursday morning.
