The Cleveland Browns have designated WR Cedric Tillman for return to practice. The club has also released S Damontae Kazee.

Tillman appeared in the first four games this season and recorded 11 receptions for 106 yards and two touchdowns. He sustained a hamstring injury at Detroit and was placed on injured reserve on Sept. 30.

Kazee appeared in four games this season.

* A player designated for return has 21 days to be activated or must remain on the reserve list for the remainder of the season.
