Kyle Kirkwood has signed a contract extension to drive the No. 27 Andretti Global car in the IndyCar Series , the team announced Monday, Nov. 3.

The 27-year-old has won five races in four seasons, three of them in 2025: Long Beach, Detroit and St. Louis. He finished the season fourth in points, the best among Andretti drivers.

"We have proven to be true contenders, and most recently, Championship contenders," Kirkwood said in a team news release. "Our trajectory has only been up, and I am confident that we will be fighting again for championships."

Contract terms were not released.
