Quebecers went to the polls in provincewide municipal elections Sunday, with close races and some turnover across the Outaouais region.
Here are some of the notable results according to Élections Québec.
Cantley
Coun. Nathalie Bélisle won about 45 per cent of the approximately 4,300 ballots cast to beat incumbent David Gomes.
Chelsea
About 62 per cent of voters went with former federal Conservative candidate Brian Nolan over previous mayor Pierre Guénard.
Fort-Coulonge
Pierre Cyr won over Philippe Ouellet with about 59 per cent of ballots cast. This race had no incumbent.
Gracefield
Mathieu Caron will return as mayor, picking up about 67 per cent of votes.
Grenville
Incumbent Pierre Thauvette got 359 of the 706 votes cast for Grenville mayor, beating Sarah Lacasse Dwyer by 12 b
