Someone in Pennsylvania can now claim to be a millionaire.

That’s because a retailer in Berks County sold a $1 million winning ticket for the Nov. 1 Powerball drawing, according to a press release from the Pennsylvania Lottery.

The ticket matched five of the five white balls — 2-26-43-44-62 — to win $1 million, minus taxes. It did not match the red Powerball number.

A Giant Food Stores located at 4655 Perkiomen Ave., Exeter Township, will get a $5,000 bonus for selling the winning ticket.

The Pennsylvania Lottery does not know who its winners are until the prizes have been claimed and the tickets have been vailidated.

Lottery winners have one year from the drawing date to claim their prize. Winning tickets should be immediately signed on the back.
