SHERBURN, Minn. — A small town sold a big ticket for a recent Powerball drawing.
Minnesota Lottery says a player in Sherburn won $1 million in the Oct. 25 drawing with the numbers 2-12-22-39-67 (15).
The ticket was sold at Casey's General Store on Main Street.
“We’re thrilled that a winning Powerball ticket was sold at Casey’s – congratulations to our lucky guest and our entire store team in Sherburn," said Casey’s District Manager Tim Hurst, in a press release.
"Supporting and showing up for our neighbors is what we're all about at Casey's, and I am proud to share that a portion of our lottery bonus will directly support Heaven's Table Food Shelf in Sherburn.
