Cincinnati, who originally insisted it would not deal Hendrickson before the league's 1 p.m. PT trade deadline on Tuesday, reportedly has softened its stance in recent days , and The Athletic's Dianna Russini reported Monday, citing league sources, that the Bengals are asking for a first-round pick in any potential deal for Hendrickson.

Hendrickson, who recorded 17.5 sacks in each of the previous two seasons, is a four-time Pro Bowl selection, and was a first-team All-Pro in 2024.
