HAMPTON, NH — The personal collection of Douglas R. Dimes (1941-2022), founder of D.R. Dimes and Company, will be sold at auction on Nov. 12 at 2 p.m. by Paul McInnis LLC Auction Company.

This collection represents the core of the D.R. Dimes brand of exquisitely handcrafted early American-style furniture. Dimes began making Windsor chairs for 14 years before starting a full-time business in 1968.
