The San Francisco 49ers improved to 6-3 with a bounce-back 34-24 win against the New York Giants (2-7) on Sunday at MetLife Stadium.

Quarterback Mac Jones made his seventh start of the 2025 NFL season, completing 19 of 24 passes for 235 yards with two touchdowns, no interceptions and a 135.2 passer rating -- a winning performance that included a perfect 14-of-14 passing performance in the first quarter.

Star running back Christian McCaffrey finished with 173 total scrimmage yards and two touchdowns (one rushing, one receiving), including 106 rushing yards on 28 carries and 67 receiving yards on five catches.

Jauan Jennings was the 49ers' second-leading receiver behind McCaffrey, hauling in four catches for 41 yards and a touchdown.
