STRONGSVILLE, Ohio (WOIO) - Middleburg Heights Police Ofc. Kelly Tusing was arrested for OVI after crashing her car into a Strongsville yard on Halloween, the Strongsville Police Department and records confirmed.
The SPD Call For Service shows a resident of the 20300 block of Westwood Drive called 911 after a car crashed into her mailbox and was in her yard at 2:17 a.m. on Oct. 31.
The driver, identified by SPD as 30-year-old Kelly Regina Tusing of Middleburg Heights, was out of her car before Strongsville police arrived, according to the report.
SPD said Tusing was taken to Southwest General Health Center.
Her condition was not listen in the Calls For Service report.
However, the SPD report stated Tusing was cited for reasonable control, refused OVI tests, and was cited for OVI.
