CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCSC) - The Charleston County Coroner’s Office has released the name of the man who was killed in a Halloween party shooting Friday night.
Aden Gore, 21, of Charleston, died at the scene after he suffered gunshot wounds, according to Coroner Brittney Martin.
Officers say the shooting happened at around 12:45 a.m. Saturday at the 930 NoMo apartment complex on Morrison Drive.
At the scene, police say they found one man dead in a hallway and another man shot in the leg on the property. The hurt man was taken to a nearby hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Police say an argument broke out among people attending a Halloween party. When the argument escalated, investigators say several people involved exchanged gunfire.
