Georgia women's basketball opens its season on Monday, Nov. 3, with Alabama State coming to town.

Last year, the Lady Bulldogs finished 12th of 16 in the SEC, going 4-12 in conference play and 13-19 overall. They managed to make it to the second round of the conference tournament with a 79-74 win over Arkansas before falling 70-52 to Oklahoma.

Since Katie Abrahamson-Henderson overtook the program from now-Texas A&M coach Joni Taylor in 2022, she's gone 47-49 overall.

Georgia seems to have struck gold in the offseason this year, picking up ACC Sixth Woman of the Year in Dani Carnegie from Georgia Tech, as well as three ESPN top 100 freshmen in Jocelyn Faison, Aubrey Beckham and Zhen Craft.
