Several parties, including the Maryland Farm Bureau and Frederick County, are seeking to dismiss an energy company's application to construct a 67-mile transmission line.
Maryland Farm Bureau and others filed a motion to the Maryland Public Service Commission last week, arguing it should dismiss Public Service Enterprise Group's application for a certificate of public convenience and necessity that would allow it to construct the proposed line.
