MILLINGTON, Tenn. (WMC) - The Shelby County Sheriff’s Office has released surveillance video from a violent armed robbery at a local dollar store in the hopes that someone may recognize the suspects.

SCSO says the heist occurred on Tuesday, October 28, at the Dollar General located along Austin Peay Highway in Millington.

SCSO says that at 9:46 p.m., two armed, masked assailants entered the store and “violently robbed” employees.

One suspect was last seen wearing all-black clothing with a green camouflage mask, blue gloves, and red and black shoes. The sheriff’s office says he was armed with a black handgun.
