The UFC is taking allegations of fight fixing 'very seriously' after controversy surrounding a Las Vegas bout this past weekend.

Esteemed MMA journalist Ariel Helwani reported that Dulgarian parted ways with the promotion following his first-round submission loss to Yadier del Valle.
The fight has since been the epicentre of a betting scandal, as Dulgarian's odds of beating del Valle crashed hours before he entered the cage, although Helwani said the official reason for his release was the defeat.
