EAST BATON ROUGE PARISH, La. (WAFB) - A man has been arrested following an investigation into child pornography.

According to the East Baton Rouge Parish Sheriff’s Office, Terrell Ceasar Jr., 34, is charged with two counts of pornography involving children under the age of 13.

The investigation into Ceasar began after the FBI’s Baltimore office arrested someone else named Robert Kelly in April of 2024, authorities said. They added that a phone was seized and forensically examined.

According to an arrest report, the forensic examination of the cell phone revealed screenshots of conversations between Ceasar and Kelly. Authorities said the screenshots indicated the exchange of child sexual abuse material.
