Jets head coach Aaron Glenn announced to the media on Monday that starting safety Andre Cisco is out for the remainder of the 2025 season with a shoulder injury.

The Jets signed Cisco as a free agent from Jacksonville during the offseason to a one year contract. The team was hoping to see him bounce back from a rough 2024. Cisco had strong years in 2022 and 2023.

Cisco’s 2025 with the Jets was up and down. I think it would be fair to say to say there were downs than ups.

A pending free agent, Cisco’s future with the Jets is uncertain. My guess is he will not return to the team in 2026, but the coaching staff might be higher on him than most fans. Price will also likely come into play.
