LANSING, MI — After a pair of federal court rulings Friday, the Trump administration agreed Monday, Nov. 3, to partially fund SNAP benefits for the month of November.

According to an AP report , the administration said it would provide details to states Monday on calculating the per-household partial benefit.

However, shortly after 5 p.m., Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel said it was still unknown how much Michigan beneficiaries would receive.

When recipients would receive benefits is also still in question, Nessel said.

“They’ll still have to wait at least a few days to receive even a portion of what they need,” Nessel said in a statement. “I am gravely concerned that a delayed, partial payment will not be enough.”
