Jackson Police say 26-year-old Natzaveen Vaughn, was located and arrested in Pearl on Monday, November 3, 2025, on a capital murder warrant in connection with the October 24 shooting death of 39-year-old Quinton Boggan. The homicide occurred in the 2100 block of Thousand Oaks Drive and was the city’s 52nd homicide of the year.

Vaughn is the second suspect arrested in the case. Police previously arrested 18-year-old Christopher Nicholson.

Jackson Police thanked the Pearl Police Department’s Special Operations Division and the U.S. Marshals Service for their assistance. Vaughn is expected to appear in Jackson Municipal Court on Tuesday.
