RANCHO CUCAMONGA, Calif. (KABC) -- Prosecutors have filed 10 charges against a man accused of killing San Bernardino County Sheriff's Deputy Andrew Nunez during a domestic violence call in Rancho Cucamonga.

San Bernardino County District Attorney Jason Anderson announced on Monday that 47-year-old Angelo Jose Saldivar faces a murder charge with two special circumstances, including the killing of a peace officer in the line of duty.

"This morning, our office filed 10 charges against Angelo Saldivar as a result of conduct that he committed a week ago. Count one is for the murder of Deputy Andrew Nunez," Anderson said during a news conference outside the Rancho Cucamonga Police Station, where deputies gathered to honor their fallen colleague.
