Federal Judge Threatens to Disqualify Doe Run Defense Counsel Over ‘Repeated Disregard of My Orders’

U.S. District Judge Rodney Sippel of the Eastern District of Missouri threatened to disqualify Doe Run's lawyers in an Oct. 29 order as part of long-running litigation involving lead exposure from a Peruvian land mine.
