A Fort Wayne man was sentenced Monday to 110 years in prison for murder and other charges stemming from a woman's homicide in 2023.
At an October trial, jurors deliberated for more than six hours before finding Sedrick A. Williams, 33, guilty of all charges: murder, two counts of dealing in a narcotic drug, dealing in methamphetamine, unlawful possession of a firearm by a serious violent felon and resisting law enforcement, along with a sentencing enhancement for using a gun to commit the crime. Allen Superior Court Judge David Zent then dismissed the unlawful possession of a firearm charge, according to online court records.
