SHREVEPORT, La. (KSLA) - The Shreveport City Council is calling a special public safety meeting this week following a violent fight in downtown during Halloween weekend.
Shreveport’s Downtown Development Authority, city leaders, and police say they will double the amount of the reward once a suspect is identified in the fight that happened just after 2 a.m. Saturday near the Texas Street Bridge.
