CADILLAC — A Northern Michigan restaurant that closed down earlier this year after only being open for 8 months, is making a comeback in just a few days.
Indian Spice in Cadillac made the announcement Monday that they plan to return starting November 6th, after shutting down at the end of August due to issues with mismanagement.
Co-owner Dave Chugh said he hopes people give them one more opportunity to prove themselves.
“I would just say that, to give us a second chance, give us a try because this new chef, he brings in a lot of experience. And he’s an educated chef from a university where he went to culinary arts. So, he’s very good with different kinds of Indian cuisine, said Chugh.
