There was plenty of blame to go around following the Cincinnati Bengals ’ 47-42 loss to the Chicago Bears on Sunday.

However, running back Chase Brown, who rushed for 37 yards and added another 75 yards receiving, chose to point the finger squarely at Cincinnati’s defense.

“We put the ball in the end zone [in the final minute] and go up a point at the end,” Brown told reporters. “Finish the [expletive] game. Like, just end it. That’s it. That’s what we need to do. Just end the [expletive] game.”

To Chase’s point, the Bengals defense did surrender 576 yards to the Bears, including four touchdowns and a field goal on six drives in the second half. Cincinnati also allowed Chicago to drive 72 yards in 37 seconds to score the game-winning touchdown in the final minute of the fourth quarter
