SUNDERLAND, Mass. (WGGB/WSHM) - A Western Mass resident won a one-million-dollar prize on a scratch-off ticket this Halloween.

The winning ticket was sold at a gas station in Sunderland for the 25-million-dollar Mega Money ticket game.

The prize was claimed by WMJ Nominee Trust of Greenfield, represented by trustee George Goodridge, and was received in a one-time payment, making the trust 650 thousand dollars richer.
