LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) - A woman was trapped in a vehicle after a crash in south Lincoln Monday evening.
The crash was reported near South 27th Street and Coronado Drive.
According to LPD, a vehicle was going north on 27th when it crashed. The car narrowly missed the light pole and left the road and flipping at least once before it was caught in the trees.
The female driver was extricated by LFR. The extent of their injuries is unclear.
Crews are currently making sure the vehicle is safe to tow.
A reporter at the scene said traffic is blocked going north, and there’s one lane going south.
