Vishwas Kumar Bhaliya is the only survivor of the Ahmedabad plane crash

Six months after the Ahmedabad–London Air India flight AI 171 crash, Vishwas Kumar Bhaliya, the sole survivor of the tragedy, continues to battle severe physical and psychological trauma.

The accident, which claimed 241 lives, including that of his brother Ajay Bhaliya, has left Vishwas haunted and unable to recover.

Now back in Leicester, UK, Vishwas is suffering from Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), according to doctors. He faces difficulty walking and relies on his wife for support. His family says he wakes up in fear multiple times each night and is undergoing continuous psychological treatment. This footage is from June 12.
