A man in Florida was arrested on a DUI charge after failing a sobriety test — while dressed up as a prison inmate for a Halloween party over the weekend.

Jimmie Glover, 18, was cruising through Port St. Lucie, Fla. on Oct. 31 when officers with the local police department pulled him over shortly before 6 a.m.

The officers had Glover complete a sobriety test in a nearby parking lot, but struggled to look past the irony when he exited his vehicle wearing bright orange jumpsuit pants and a white tank top.

They had Glover walk along a white parking spot line to test if he had been drinking that night, according to a body camera video shared by the Port St. Lucie Police Department .
