GREENE COUNTY, Mo. — "I'll tell you that it's worse in person than what you're seeing. It's worse than you think it is."
Ethan Forhetz with Springfield-Based Convoy of Hope is on the ground in Jamaica, following the deadly Hurricane Melissa that hit the island last week.
"Today, we spent the day driving it over to this area and then unloading it with some great volunteers from a local church. So from here, that supply will get into the areas that are devastated by the storm," Forhetz said. "It's very difficult to travel around here, especially to the hard-hit areas. There are only a couple of ways in and out. Those are two-lane roads, and all along the way the roads are blocked by trees, downed power lines down, water covering the road, so nothing is happening or moving quickly at this p
