A Georgia man who was granted clemency by former President Joe Biden in December has been arrested following a weeks-long investigation into an armed bank robbery, the Nassau County Sheriff’s Office (NCSO) announced.
Marshall Foskey, 66, of Pembroke, Georgia, is currently jailed and facing charges of armed burglary, armed robbery, armed kidnapping, felony possession of a firearm, and grand theft. Foskey has a lengthy criminal history, including multiple felony burglary charges.
Details of the Crime and Investigation
The investigation began on October 10 at the First Federal Bank on State Road 200. Investigators say Foskey allegedly displayed a firearm and ordered staff to empty cash drawers. He then forced two victims into the bank’s vault where they continued to fill his bag with money
